A few weeks ago I was making meatballs for dinner and instead of just making one batch, I doubled up and put half in the freezer for this week when I knew schedules would be a bit crazy.
This nice big bowl of my favorite recipe of meatball mixture, turns into little balls of meat stacked neatly on a wax lined cookie sheet.
Then into the freezer until frozen solid and finally dropped into a zipper bag.
