4 Weeks Old

The chicks continue right along their growth trajectory.  I've not been as good about taking a daily picture as I wanted to be, but it is quite a bit of work to add these guys to an already full schedule and as soon as we get home I take my phone inside and then don't remember to bring it back to the coop with me.... and it's ALL the way back in the house.

With every bit of good news, there is often also some bad news.  'We' had to remove a chick from the clutch today.  J noticed that this guy was having some trouble standing.  

and no matter how J worked with him, he just couldn't get his feet under him.
