Garden Variety

Yesterday morning I was out in the garden doing a little weed patrol, picking okra (a job that needs to be done every other day right now), and I came across some familiar sights.  

A cleansing lady bug.

 and the buzzing of bees

marching of ants

a squared off tomato growing into the fence wires, uniquely shaped, but easily identifiable.

and then I saw this/these guys on the okra

the little brown/tanish specs are some sort of ant and are around all the time, but the freaky white things moved too and each little spike on the white bugs seemed to be moving it forward/backward too. 
Anyone have ideas?
