Tip Tuesday--Gloves

I don't have to hand wash too many dishes, but every once in a while I do need to do some hand-washing and I am not a fan of how my dish soap leaves my hands feeling.  My name is not Madge and I don't use Palmolive.  So I bought a handy dandy pair of gloves.

I was keeping them on the drain pipe under the sink, but then when J started helping me with dishes occasionally I got him a pair too so he could stand the hot rinse water.

Then there were two pair under the sink and I'd like to know how it is possible to always pull out two left handed gloves when you always put a left and right together. Well, it happened to me, regularly.

I've fallen hopelessly for Command hooks, by 3M.  That removable sticky stuff does indeed give me the confidence to stick them everywhere.

So I sewed a little loop of fabric on the top of each glove.

Hung a hook inside the door of the sink base cabinet, and viola'.
This is my pair.  J has his pair hanging on the other door and the fabric loop is different on his so that I won't ever get another double left pair again.

Using different fabric is genius!
